Wow talk about change you can believe in. Ive heard a lot of rhetoric come out with Obama and no action. Lets see how this pans out. Im still going to give him the benefit of the doubt. 1 year Im giving the man but its not looking good.....

i don't follow you, do you think this is positive or negative development. i'm not sure what you're getting at.

this is posted about half way down the link

Jon Eisenberg, the attorney for the two lawyers, suggested the litigation be put on hold to give the new Obama administration time to reconsider the legal posture it inherited from Bush.


it seems sensible to me.
