In one of the info threads it says..."Suggestions, Complaints, and Heads-Ups
At the very top-left of the board menu-bar is a button labeled suggestions (formerly the "complaint" button). This provides members with a secure
way to communicate directly with staff on the following issues:..."
I can't find this anywhere. Please help.

Hit MemCenter and over on the left is a list of options. At the bottom is Suggestion/Complaint button.

look up.. find MEMCENTER
click there
look on the left hand side of links...
you should see it there.
