Thanks for posting this. Is this something we will be able to see without a telescope? I didn't read anything there that said if it is possible. I realize it's quite a distance from us and small.

Yeah this is super cool! I think I saw it on Spaceweather.com first. It's a 10meter sized rock. Not really enough to get comfortable on but some tiny probes could be used there for observing Earth at a distance. It's only as big as an apartment. I wonder what it's made out of and if it could be used as a communications relay or a platform for asteroid disposal beams.

It's too small and too far to be seen with the naked eye, so you would need a telescope.
