BBC suggests that 'Britains are bored but happy' under Labour, compared to Europe where we have the worst drug and drink rates in Europe.
Should a quality of Life survey factor in people getting out of their heads to escape the misery of the mundane? Do people who are bored without hope
who get wrecked feel happier? Is the NEF a Labour foundation? Well, like it or not the answers are yes, but I would like to hear arguments to the
contrary.....
