so what do you like to mix for a good smoothie

go first

Strawberry,
Vanila ice cream
Banana

(changes now and again fresh)
Pinapple juice
Apple juice
Orange juice

a recipe which always gets rave reviews everytime i make it is:

1 x Banana
1 x table spoon of peanut butter
1/2 cup of milk
1 x cup of vanilla ice cream

can't go wrong!

But essentially answering your question - vanilla icecream with banana or apple!

How about a SuperJuice

1lb Spinache
1lb Beetroot
1lb Carrot
Blend it all up and add apple juice until you get it to your optimun consistancy...................
If you like that one, I have many more alternatives...........
