Those people sure are real. The third guy from the left is really blocking the guy's face behind him. The trees look real too.

I believe its supposed to be the little mythical creature in the top right hand corner of the screen

the "goblin" up in the upper right hand corner (in the tree) is what is fake - been proven a hoax - there are other threads here on ATS that have discussed this in the past...
