I am new to ATS - started on the Sigil thread and was referred to the LOA thread. I've read the LOA thread in its entirety. I'm both pleased and grateful that you opened this thread on the subject and attracted so many wise questioner/posters to the thread. It has been a rich experience and I have savored each page of the thread. Thank you also for this mp3. I'm ready to move through the exercise.
