His chances of succeeding depends on Congress. If Congress-Democrat led- doesn't get the job done in the next year or two you will see the Republicans take over Congress and even less will get done. Basically your best President will have had a 4 year ineffective career. If Congress does get the job done then you might see Obama getting reelected in 2012.
