Remember the undersea cable that was cut in dec 08.
Does anyone think that it might be related to what is going on in Gaza right now?
Its well known that Israel does not allow foreign journalists to report.

And I am sue they do not want the Palestinians broadcasting live events

you get a flag!

And this is how you contain the masses. You deny little outside access and begin your own propaganda campaign...back and supported by us of course!

The underlying problem in this situation is the Hamas..its grown to big, and has to much power. As typical to the western train of thought..they underestimated the people of this region....if afghan can beat off russia, then its a done deal, grap your coat hanger and hang it up.

The only problem is that afgan didn't really beat off russia alone. They had alot of help in it. We are fighting the same people we supported back then now.

Well they've been up for at least a week.

So the undersea cable couldn't have much to do with it.

Probably not. I just found two cameras that are working but they're just pointing at the Israel-Gaza crossings.

Those cameras could be using satellite, or maybe not.
Its just that everyone there has cell phones. I thought there would have been a ton of media. But I really havent seen much at all, other than those sky cams
