Can somebody help me figure out how this Stargate works?

I just posted an in-depth article about the Julie Penrose Fountain and America the Beautiful Park; my end analysis also led me to surmise about cold fusion.

You need get a bathtub on wheels and fill it up with water and put a tesla coil on the other side of the stargate. Get in the bathrub and have your friends push you through the stargate and into the tesla coil. You have to use a coil with a spark gap no solid state tesla coils.

Hi, I just finished up an in depth article about America the Beautiful Park and the Julie Penrose Fountain -- I'm very interested in conversing with anyone else who has questions about the stargate structure in the park.

I know that it's easy to make jokes and laugh...but something very odd is going on at this $50 million dollar park and with that sculpture; I believe it has something to do with cold fusion.
