Since I started energy meditations, in the areas most sensitive to energy mediation, if I put my sleeping pill in my hand it seems to give me a negative feedback feeling. Does anyone else who does such meditations get a bad feeling or good feeling with certain objects?

I would describe the feeling as maybe a tingling that just does not feel good.

listen to your body!

here's something you can try. grab a bottle of multivitamins - stand up straight and hit the bottle against your chest lightly but intentionally. See what happens. if you fall forward a little bit (or alot) then you need that in your body at that moment. If you fall backward slightly (or alot) then you should steer clear of it. try it with just about anything - i put my cup of coffee to my chest and fell way back. good indication that i should stay away from it.

This is a simplified version of kinesiology - what many chiropractors use. look it up!
