New discoveries about our own galaxies mass have led scientists to believe the unstoppable collision between the milky way and our nearest neighbour andromeda will be sooner than originally thought.

so from 5 billion years to a supernova, to 3 billion years to a collision with Andromeda, to 1.5 billion years.... The clock is ticking away quite rapidly.

I hope by the time i'm 70 were not facing this....
