Why do people and governments get into the business of other nations ?

Why do people try to force change upon others

Why not let them be until they ask for help

Change can not happen anywhere without the actual people that are going through the situation doing something or sounding off about how they think it is wrong first

Why do some people not respect other cultures way of living or at least ask those within the culture about what the think on the subject with all people within the society male/female, young/old, rich/poor.

Think of it this way: If you like wine, you'll probably choose to drink wine. But if you like beer, you'll probably choose to drink beer. Asking a beer lover why he drinks beer is silly. He drinks it because he likes it.

They are of the perspective that advancing self at the expense of others is a good and valuable thing. They value self. They do not value other. And, very likely they value the diminishment of other, because if other is diminished, then other will be less able to diminish self.

With this sort of perspective, with these sorts of values...it's completely consistent and logical and kill, maim and destroy others, to impose your will upon them, and kill any who do not conform to your desires.

Why not let them be until they ask for help

Because they don't like beer. Why would they drink it?

Unfortunately there is a propensity within politics that attracts "Type A" personalities.

Type A individuals can be described as impatient, excessively time-conscious, insecure about their status, highly competitive, hostile and aggressive, and incapable of relaxation. [1] They are often high achieving workaholics who multi-task, drive themselves with deadlines, and are unhappy about the smallest of delays. Because of these characteristics, Type A individuals are often described as "stress junkies."

Thus, many of our contollers are the quintessential control freak.

And that is it - control. These people want everyone, everywhere to think and act like they think they should.

In short it is a type of mental illness that should be treated like any other mental illness. Instead we elect them into positions of power where their natural tendencies will be to abuse the power.
