Simple. While we still have the constitutional right to freedom of privacy, we should USE it. We have the right to remain silent. Anything we say CAN and WILL be used against us in a court of law. Use it, or loose it.

Ever notice when watching the "COPS" TV show that they mostly show people that without hesitation answer everything even if it incriminates them, volunteering all kinds of evidence out of their pockets? They consent to searches knowing there IS something they don't want found, and would more than likely be cut loose without that search.
An officer asks to enter your home or consent to a search, you reply " no, I don't consent"...the cop will often say "why, are you hiding something you don't want me to see in there?".
So, I'm more than likely a criminal because I believe in using my constitutional freedoms and rights? OH, I APPRECIATE YOUR HONESTY, (cuff.. you have the right to remain silent......)

With the disclosure of you physical address on the net, you will no doubt have some pranksters or those of like mind who might be of a “less credible element” that will be attracted to the situation.

This no doubt could be also a situation where those drawn to you may be under investigation too, even a more serious type.

i have had this happen to me..
i have had badge or card carrying "agents" show up at my business, and work places asking questions..
then the people they questioned, or gave false info to, would ask me stupid questions out of the blue..concerning my politics..
tghis has happened on and off, for nearly forty years, the last time only five years ago..
they are brazen..
they are also totally OUT OF BOUNDS WITH THE LAW!
not to mention Rights, and the Constitution.

if they are DUMB enough to question you in person, get their NAMES and actual agency!
find ways to confiem this infomation.
at the point of bring beligerant, find out from your work mates, bosses and business conections, what THEY know, and passed on..
th ase USUAL culperts in these questionings, and querries, is the LEIU.
Law Enforement intelligence Unit.
or the IALEIA
look it up..
they are NOT legit.
in other words, they have NO authority, as they are a PRIVATE organisation!
no , NO, state authority!
no federal authority.
but they have the cooperation of law enforcement.
and they can cause great trouble and damage..
AND there is usually no recource..

on the other hand, from personal experience, the take a good beating,

but they do some VERY dirty tricks, including rapes, and killings and arson..

however, they are not immortal..
and die just as well.
be CAREFUL.
take photos, record what you can..
and let family and associates know you will not tolerate not knowing.

Yes you an be turned in for your views and yes they can and will come to your door and ask questions! I know for a fact that this occured 3 years ago with a friend of mine who had made some comments of non violent nature in a chat room and they were on her door at 8:30am the next morning with the chat room script in their hands. She had made some derogatory comments regarding the current president!

It is happening in this nation! A very similiar situation happened to another friend in NJ 3-4 years ago!

Wake up an smell the coffee! They don't like people who think outside of the box. Now, they are passing the "hate crime bill" and you will not be able to say anything regarding homosexuals or minorities i. e. blacks, mexicans, foreigners etc. Its already passed in Canada and you need to talk to someone up there!! They barely can breath without being checked!!

Have a great day, and get some facts under your belt! Stuff is really happening. You just don't hear about it on CNN or Fox.

Oh I am not worried about Net Exposure. My business is very heavily advertised along with my name address and as for my personal info it is readily available due to sate oversight of my business so I have no worries. I have been dealing with pranksters for a long time. I kinda find humor in it.

Time to admit it people, big brother has created out our Constitional Government as nothing more then smoke & mirrors to fool we the people.

Those folks you see on Capitol Hill our not our elected....well yeah they were elected, but not by we the people. The United States has been under the rule of of boot lickers who work for a small number of families who have controlled the industrial and financal structure of this planet for centuries.

Your case does seem a bit suspicious. Are you sure the people that questioned you were indeed from the fbi?

You say your anti-government but thats hardly a good enough reason to be harrassed. If the same or different people are constantly following you I would take this up with the local fbi office or state police to see where that leads. Maybe you should threaten lawsuits if the answers are not satisfactory.

If anything their tatics seem to be aimed at scaring you. If it was a normal crime investigation I think their presence would be much more subtle. Be suspicious but not necessarily paranoid!

Well that agent obviously supports fabian socialism a little too much for my democratic republic preferences. That kind of harassment reminds me of movies depicting the berlin wall. I think its sick that our hard days work, goes to mistreatment of our own, by not our own, or sometimes our own who get into the mindset that they have instant permission to excersize force or threat of such by mere existence when its not needed.

What is need is psychological mass understanding of what perception is and how it can be used to stay real.

Sadly legalism leads to addictive power mongering behavior which I think should be made..illegal.

I bumped into a Man in Black about 6 months ago, i am seriously telling you the truth.

I was in the town just beside mine (about an hours drive) and me and my buddies (2 of em) are walking down a path beside the mill. The path itself was small and it was a very open place so you could see everything to at least a quarter mile, we were walking away from meeting my old friend who lives in the town when in front of me i see this man appear from nowhere, he was about 6'6 240 lbs and seriously looked like a giant! I locked eyes with him and kept my wits about me, eventually we passed each other and this man looked at me with the most ROBOTIC COLD stare, i was actually taken back by how he was looking at me.

He had glasses on and they were completely tinted black, and a nice black suit with no logo. So i pass this guy and realize he did a 180 right after i passed him, now i'm actually kind of scared as this man is right behind me i said to myself "if this guy wanted to hit me he could!!", it was a natural reaction to someone following me so close. So i spun around to confront him (literally spun in my tracks) and the man was GONE!!! I stood beside myself for a few seconds thinking he ran up the hill (he must have ran up that hill in 4 to 5 seconds) but it would take ANYONE at least 30 to 60 seconds to climb that damn hill.

I was so oblivious to the situation that i couldn't even grasp what happened, i asked my 2 buddies "what the hell just happened here?" and they said "wait a second where the hell did that man go?", i responded by saying "he just vanished! like a magician!"

It didn't even cross my mind until i was home about 3 hours later, the only thing i can think why this person tailed me was because i was blogging ALOT about the crafts in the sky around me (in 2008 i must have seen 30 of em or more) i actually seen about 5 or 6 crafts flying in the upper atmosphere and to me it strangely reminded me of "ova and sperm". That is the only reason i could think as to why this man in black showed himself to me.

I am not anti-government. I just want massive change. I don't know as far as the scare tactics, that may be the case. It wasn't the FBI but the OSBI I am not sure though how connected they are. As far as I can tell I am not being followed at the moment. Hell they might be done with me but the big problem is I don't know what is going on.

The problem is the US government sees any kind of massive change like it's downsizing, reorganization down to basic core concepts or its compete elimination as a threat to it's existance.

I also believe the story was suspect,even before I read your take on it. Someone just stirring up things. Why would they sit in the parking lot and not follow you when you leave, just move around??? I believe they would just come up and knock on your door and get started with the interview. As to answering questions, remember :Anything you say can and will be held against you"

That's nothing about two and half years ago I amde a comment in my own a private conversation. I was yelling at wifes kid for not having any motvaion in school. He is a second year high school senior. Well at that tome I said I was talking in circles and I blurted out that I would like to have a big gun with many rounds behind it. Ever since that day I have been followed. I got to the point were I started writing down their plates and following them any chance I got. So be very careful on what you say in your own house because they are out there listening. Thank Bush for that and the Patriot Act. There is a website called www. Publicdata.com it will show you names and addresses of their plates.

Did you ask them why they were watching you?

Did you verify there identity; write down there name, agency, employee identification number?

You can't take someone's word, especially one who is following you around as to whom they claim they are or who they represent.

Most likely, there is an 'individual' either within the govt. or someone with pull within one of these intelligence agencies that had you followed.

Sounds like the agent was asking you loaded questions hoping you may answer one of them in a manner that they may have reason to arrest you.

Anyhow, if they are following you in person, you should be assured their monitoring your internet communications as well.

I would consider hiring a private investigator with computer forensics examiner skills in order that you may build up a case of harassment against them and sue for damages and/or apply for a restraining order.

What information did you get from these people?

If they ask you a question and you play their game, the least you could do to oblige them is to ask them a question. If they don't answer your question, you don't answer their question.

I, personally would have told them ONCE to get lost and warned them not to violate my privacy. If they continued to do so, I would have to 'take action' to prevent it from happening again.

I personally believe Americans have become far too meek and submissive to a govt. that supposedly is elected 'by the people to work for the people'.

Alot will happen this year alone to test the 'will' of the people. Are you prepared? Ready or not, you're going to find out.

this is what the agent told you exactly? because to me, from the questions and the obvious lackluster approach of the agent, i would guess you were peripheral in a larger, more complex investigation into perhaps a customer of yours or a friend of a friend.

Isn't the government supposed to be a voice of the people for the people? I would think that with this premise that I have the right to voice my opinion of a currently tyranical government without having to fear being investigated. As I stated before I have no violent intentions nor have I ever mentioned them. How can a government of the people for the people be intimidated enough by one of the people to begin investigating them with no cause? I'm just one person a vocal one at that but still just one person.
