Meeks Puts On A Show For The Ages

Funny, because MSN had a top ten list of POY candidates up this morning…and Meeks isn't on it.

The man has been in the top five scoring nationally all season, and is one of the better defenders out there.

Maybe now he will get some respect.

GO BIG BLUE !!!

You haven't witnessed a sporting event, until you've seen the 'Cats play at Rupp Arena...

It was an amazing experience.

I've been to one game there in '96 -

Excellent! I never would have figured you for a Kentucky fan.

I'll agree that seeing a game in Rupp Arena is an experience you have to see to believe. The atmosphere in that place is amazing! We really love our Cats down here!

I can't imagine how the place would have been if Meeks would have put up those 54 points against Tennessee at home!! Breaking two all time school records that have stood for more than 3 decades in front of the hometown crowd!!

You know somehow I think we've been over this before….but it slipped my mind.

Good to have a fellow Kentuckian around here.

Now if you just weren't a Steelers fan…..

If you think about how many great players played at Kentucky, than it makes the 54 points even more impressive.

Here is a list.

It sure does.

His 3-point shooing is perhaps more impressive to me. The previous record was 9 in one game by Tony Delk. Meeks hit 10 last night….on 15 attempts!

That's ridiculous. The guy was draining everything….like the rim was the size of the Atlantic Ocean.

You haven't witnessed a sporting event until you have seen the Derby della Madonnina (Milan - Inter). But we all know that Florida will win everything.

Eh.

Florida doesn't have that great of a team this year.

The team we just pummeled last night was the consensus pick to win the SEC this year.

I don't see any stopping us.
