Let me start to say that I have extreme anxiety and panic attacks all day, panic attacks that last around 12+ hours. I am an extreme worrier.

I read a lot, and the 2012 talk scares me more than anything. I am 21 years old. I am not afraid of death, I am however worried about dying too young. I will be 25 in 2012. I am also not a religious man, nor do I believe in people who tell the future and other dooms day dates.

You are a young man and have your life ahead of you, and you need your sleep, so you must try to stop worrying.

There are many people who will say that we are all doomed, and equally many who will say that nothing will happen in 2012. If you don’t mind, I’ll try to explain my understanding of the possibilities for that year, which I shall do without referring to any religion. I will mention Spirituality, but that can be obtained and enhanced outside of the World’s religions, as well as inside them.

Because of the increasing number of children born in the late 1980’s, with a greater spiritual understanding than previous generations, the light/dark ratio changed, and this improved life on Earth by a degree or two. Just after World War 2, Earth was a very, very sick planet, and it took about 40 years or so for these children to come into the world, at the time when some of the damage from the 1940’s had been repaired. In a nutshell, the World has healed somewhat, as a result of this.

A percentage of children being born now are even more enlightened, and in 2007/2008 there were changes to Earth’s magnetic fields. These could have gone badly, and some people were forecasting disaster, but in the end these changes went well.

What I am expecting for 2012 is that there will be a much lighter and friendlier society on Earth, as many of the dark energies will be less predominant by then. The world is changing for the better, and although we are currently in a state of turmoil, that always happens when changes are afoot.

If all goes well, and wars come to an end, so that all nations trade with each other we shall have peace, for nations who trade will have less reason to fight each other and we could have a more equitable society. Of course, when changes happen to the planet, sometimes there are tectonic plate shifts, tsunamis or volcanic events as well; and there is no guarantee that such events will not happen.

If there is a significant upward shift of spirituality on Earth by 2012, then in the following 25 to 50 years will be a substantial improvement with people’s lives, in a lighter world, with the dark energies largely dissipated. If it plays out like that, then 2012 is good news, and do you know what; much of mankind won’t even notice what’s happened? That’s because the changes will be gradual, and any seismic events will be regarded as what happens anyway.

This long term change is a possibility, or a probability, but not a certainty; but if it does happen, then it’s good news for us.
