Hawking's newest theory states that something dubbed "Hawking Radiation" is the answer to this paradox. Essentially, over long periods of time, some matter escapes from black holes in the form of neutrinos. The massive amounts of energy and mass contained within a black hole don't destroy matter OR energy, but break them down into thier smallest and most basic forms.

Last I read, scientists concluded the Hawking radiation does not contain the information, with the prevailing theory as previously stated...it is contained by the event horizon, with the size of the black hole being directly related to the amount of information held... Is it right? Who knows?

Of course, it's all still theoretical...and constantly being evaluated....

If you DID know what happened inside a black hole, I'd say there's a nice check and a Nobel Prize in it for you....

Unified field theory

Have you watched this video....

This is the next big theory.

as i have previously posted i believe that the center of the black hole is in a future time where there is no space or matter thus a great vacuum sucking everything into that time in the future... if this were true it would prevent matter from being destroyed but rather placed in a future time

i responded to the thread you made of this but didnt respond or read the reply from the looks of it

this idea is based on blackholes bieng tears in space time, not objects in space as they appear to be

and on the wrong idea that large gravity fields speed up time when the opposite is true large gravitational fields slow time

the center of the black hole if it were a rip in space time to another time period would lead back to the past, when the wormhole first formed not the future
