Hem, what is Axial Allianz?

One of two things comes to mind.

A) An alliance of particular nations. In this case, The US, Israel, England and perhaps Saudi Arabia. If I read that chart right.

B) A Conspiracy so deep and dark that this chart may be the first inkling that we may have yet of it's existence. Another Rabbit Hole to explore.

I'm leaning towards B. Or else I've been spending too much time on this site.
