The scripts quick and to the point, though obviously there should be a caveat about voting once and keeping comments on the sane-side of the asylum.

The final question is who wants to cut-in the video and post it? If no one else is interested/capable I have some mediocre film editing skills and passing familiarity with Premiere. Furthermore what clips should be overlayed on the background? In my opinion, I think the first image should show the main change.gov website, to make it look official. Then time permitting, showing quick segments of high-level whistle blowers like ex-FAA chief Callahan saying, "I'm prepared to swear before congress that everything I've told you people true." And to add emphasis repeat similar statements from other disclosure witnesses like ex-Gov Fife Symington, Daniel Sheehan of Iran-contra notoriety, etc

No lawyers are needed. All that is needed is for people to put in the same effort as they are here, into contacting their elected senators and representatives for their area and tell them the very same thing you all are posting in this voting thing.

The only opportunity that is taking place here is for someone to get a bunch of hits on a youtube account or website. Now do you all really think that this will have any merit or serious credibility to a new incomming administration who is absolutely powerless to even come within 10 feet of black operations and their immunity?

Seriously folks. Even Art Bell, George Noorey, Ian Punnet, Richard Hoagland, Robert Zubrin, Steven Greer, Stichen, and countless others have done the very same thing you all are trying to do, and they have done it for years, and all they got was the same result...next to nothing.

Why..even they admitted it to themselves. Its the system and how its set up to isolate the black op organizations, their budget, their immunity that is outside of congressional reach and control. Are you all aware that even tho congress allocates billions to the black op organizations, that they have no idea where, or how all that money is spent? And why is that? Simple, because when all of that was set up, no one in the public domain demanded that congress elect to have those funds accounted for, nor did the public demand that congress enact laws to make sure that these special black op projects fall under the congressional oversight as called for in the constitution.

Unless that gets changed, then this effort, as I said is a very nobil and admirable one, will only get to line up behind all those other well known names who have been doing this for years, and stand there scratching their heads wondering why didnt anything change.

It is not too late in the game. INCLUDE what I am telling you all here. Include it into this effort. Dont just throw up some youtube video, or link up with tons of outsource links to gain points in a search engine. That wont impress anyone other than the site owner and youtube account holder.

You want to get the attention of the government, not the president. The president doesnt make laws, congress does. This is all barking up the wrong tree. You need to have it bark at congress. Congress makes the laws, and it is within congressional voting processes, that laws are created, and where the process begins.

Please folks, dont do the same old thing that all those others have done for years and it just ends up going no where. IF there is a real opportunity here, then direct that opportuntiy where it will make the best chance of having an effect. Direct it to congress, not the president. Or perhaps direct it at both the congress and president. But always as it has been, the process of making change begins on the senate and house of representative floors.

Yeah!!! I got my post on the Citizen's Briefing Book (CBB). I'm going to place the same post on all the relevant UFO threads. I'm trying to read the posts there and here. Maybe, I'll get to them all tonight.

Then, maybe I'll propose they draft an Ammendment to the Constitution, or whatever, giving Congress Oversite and Transparency where black op's and the like are involved. And, maybe a Citizen's Organization to oversee Congress itself.

I'd like to be the first to say I don't know anything about the terra papers. However, having worked as a software engineer at Microsoft, Electronic Arts, and a handful of other smaller game studios with a number of smart and usually open minded individuals, I can say this is a subject that has to be approached carefully.

All we're asking is please, don't make too many logical leaps. Keep it simple. If you think the terra papers are something the President of the United States should read steer clear of anything that might be interpreted as over-the-top and instead word yourself more carefully by making a suggestion like, "After you've familiarized yourself with the lore (reading books ABC, DEF) I recommend reading the Terra Papers. The source has been independently vetted by GHI and it tightly correlates with the material found in works ABC, DEF. "

Explain how you get from A to Z so people understand your reasoning.

That being said, presentation is important.

All we're asking is for a modicum of restraint and in the absence of restraint being careful to back up your assertions with a mountain of verifiable, reputable source material.

Is this poster for real? I mean, if he's Slovinian and in Slovenia as "Cheers form Slovenia" implies, then what is he doing logged in to the CBB? It's things like that that discredit honest efforts to get anything done. If more posts like that get in, it may be claimed that the thread is tainted and so shouldn't be considered worthy of merit. What kind of unmonitored site is the CBB running?

Several weeks ago, I wrote my letter to Obama in support of the Million Fax on Washington. I even let my 10-year old write one. If fact, her letter is the first sample letter on the second page of the Million Fax website. I don't know if any of this will do any good, but I do know this:

I was highly suspicious of the front-page article of my local newspaper last year--the one announcing (as many of you here already are probably aware) that the Vatican's chief astrologer said it was okay to believe in ufo's and aliens, and that they are likely to exist. Also, the past few years presented us with several astronauts who have, for some unknown reason waited until now to come forward to admit they encountered ufo's in space. I believe we're been prepped.

Whether our president has the power to achieve disclosure or not, one thing is for sure, Catholic leaders are positioning themselves for something big. Their announcement is a tactic to keep control that has been slipping for some time now. Some historical event relating to aliens will come soon, making them out to be ever so wise and progressive. It doesn't matter is Americans want to believe in this or not, our government is getting ready to make a production of historical proportions. My question is, how much of THAT are we going to be able to believe? How much of it is a ploy to get us frightened so we'll do what they want? Prior posters are accurate when they say there will be a mass panic. The media will latch on to this to the point we'll have talk shows pondering who among us is an alien that has been here all along. Oh, God, I do not look forward to that inevitable glimpse of the future.

The problem with these black projects and the president having no say in disclosure is that who the hell does have the authority to disclose? We have the right to know who these people are because they are making decisions on our national security with no oversight and no input from us about something that is potentially threatening to all of humanity. They are spending our money on god knows what for purposes we remain in the dark about. That much power in the hands of a select few is so dangerous it isn't even funny.

Everyone should vote down the top ideas so the UFO ideas get to the top.

If these folks are in our Country, but not Citizen's, then they have no right accessing Our President's CBB site, their votes are not valid and could undermine the whole thing. I mean really, are Barrack's Staff so naive as to not, at the least, ask for, confirm, and allow access to only verified Social Security numbers and the like to keep Outsiders out. This could really undermine what we are trying to accomplish. Or, maybe that's their intent all along.

It was all doom and gloom about the economy 4 months ago, I recall several threads about the end of the world from economic collapse from this very site. Now people are getting on with their lives.

Disclosure will be like that. It will be all, "Oh no, there are aliens. We are not alone!" Then it will be people getting back to living their lives and things will all calm down and Paris Hilton will be on the front page again in a year's time. People are funny like that.

I'm having a real difficult time getting a screen grab of the change.gov home page and using those clips you provided for sound bites in the editing software...it can't be that hard to do, but my skills regarding this matter are retardly bad.....

you're a gaming programmer, any way to get those images and sound bites so I can put them together into an editing software?
