Soldiers in Gaza continue intensive operations, one of which is identifying and neutralizing mortar launchers in central Gaza. A force from Armored Corps Division 401 fired and hit one such cell with machine gun and shell fire, as seen below.
Earlier Sunday, a paratroopers unit foiled a Hamas attempt to send terrorists to infiltrate Israeli territory. The group uncovered a tunnel beginning some 300 meters from Gaza's border with Israel, adjacent to the Karni crossing in the northern part of the Strip, and leading towards Israel.
