Not that NH even has a problem with crimes involving guns but here's a solid example of how to combat it.
No sending kids off to hang with the homies for a couple of months thereby justifying their criminal lifestyles, no punishing the law-abiding with
ridiculous and totalitarian bans.
Best part: no recidivism. Hey murdering scum, live by the sword, die by a squad of them.
