Turn on television

change to static channel

let your eyes relax

let your mind relax

soon your mind will start to make out 3d shapes, vectors, fractal patterns, spirals, zoom through stars

do not worry you are not being teleported to some inter dimensional realm by aliens, no you are not receiving subliminal messages hidden in the waves

You are seeing the inside of your own mind, as it tries to makes sense of the chaos and forms patterns

though this does not make it any less amazing, as the cells of our brain are fractal in nature like the universe itself

try it yourself

with a calm and scientific mind

Yeah I did that when I was a kid. I stared at the screen for like 30 minutes. I must have looked mentally ill, but it was pretty cool. I saw fish swimming and spheres morphing, but when I blinked it would go back to normal. Its kind of hard to keep your eyes open for that long of a time.

yeah just the random white noise

sound optional

can add to the hypnotising effect

you may find yourself slipping into a trance

but your eyes will start hurting before your brain does

actually i think this is probably better for your brain than normal tv

When I first had seen a stereogram, my eyes could easily see the "hidden" picture do to my familiarity with the TV static when I was young.
