I was researching a topic that from time to time I attempt to find information about.

I have done this exersize for two+ years now, yielding not one result.

To this day, each attempt has been unsuccessful.

This is quite frustrating, for, I recall the article and subject matter vividly, as if read yesterday.

In this quest, I landed on a URL that was intriguing and looked through it's content.

It seems that it addresses every angle, twist, language, issue, etc...that you can imagine regarding parent, child, impaired, handicapped, teacher, language, social, developmental, cultural, sexual, interventional, conceptual, psychological, researchable, etc..and on and on, covering literally any situation that may arise from the time of conception through life.

The first thought I had was that this is an archive for advanced scholastic training, and more. Something that might be compiled for a time that a North America Union might lives together, united in a borderless society.

It is:
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
College of Education
Early Childhood and Parenting Collaborative

here is the link
