Somehow, I think we will find the technology to get us through this. This is probably going to be like the y2k deal. Nothing.
Mmmm this is hardware destruction, not software at all, very very different indeed!

all it means is "it will turn off"...
Do you know why?
NO?
Because all the electronic circuitry will be fried, melted,
Kaboom
Gone
Not workable, will need replacing.
God people see doom and gloom all over the place lol
The internet, would stop immediately.
Many planes would probably fall out of the sky killing real people.
If you were in intensive care you would without a doubt die.
Do you suck the water to your tap or is it pumped electronically?
What about the GPS used by the military and NUCLEAR weapons not being effective at that time...
care to hazard someone may take advantage of that situation?
How many cars are on the road at any one time in the world driving?
What would happen if most of the power steering, electronic controls stopped on all of them at once?
Do you think there just might be a Crash or two?
Look the world aint gunna end becouse of some solar storm bullsnip...
we are far to smart.. we can just BUILD more when the affect goes away "no one said it would be prolonged.." meh neways
load of scare mungering... silly
You will find it's Mongering. And yes it goes away but how are you going to get into space to fix the Satellites, when the factories that make the
parts don't work and need starting from scratch, all the machines, all the computers, all the rockets....
When without building new ones they would have to hand pump the fuel into each rocket lol.
The storm may not be delayed but the effects would be.... and anyone reading this if in that hospital, or in that car would have a high chance of
dying when it happened, if not in the social and economic political chaos that would follow for at least 5 yrs.
DO YOU KNOW that in many parts of the world electricity is distributed by a system with only 3-4 spare certain lets say "switches" in each country,
that are hand made (using electricity to in manufacture)!!!! , and in each country there are say for Britain 50 of these that are PARAMOUNT in making
the system work. They have a manufacture time and creation date of around 4 months with today's nicely running smooth specialist workshop's....
Is it beyond the realms of imagination that the handful of people in each country who can make these, might not be alive, or worrying about trying to
get water rather than spending say 6 months with no power, no running water, no effective police force or civil safety (police radios!!!!) trying to
make these things.
Yep just like Y2k... No concern
Hey that storm only lasted 10 minutes We are superhuman and ok ...
I am afraid in such a situation my friend, which is much more likely than an Alien landing on the white house lawn, or Yellowstone going up in our
lifetime, or a nuclear exchange this year...
Well people with such strong opinions on things, which they don't know anything about will be in for a bigger surprise that even, those saying 12
months ago Fear mongering Doomsayers about the economy.....
people wake up lol
Yep I certainly think many people should.

shouldn't a simple faraday-cage protect our electronics sufficiently?
you know: like an oldschool lunchbox
How do you get Faraday cages around satellites?
Buildings?
Cars?
Water processing Plants?
All Fridges?
All Radio Communications equipment?
More importantly around the source of power Electrical stations and then all the cables from there to each appliance in each home uninterrupted?
Thought about doing the Math but would take me way too long of my time... weeks I am not even sure if there enough Copper in the purity needed in the
world to do it in just the USA never mind the world.
I do though really feel for those reading the article with Pacemakers!
Luckily or maybe not, though Our lovely sun is very very quiet at the moment, eerily and scarily quiet, in fact soo chilled in many ways most
scientists are puzzled concerned and a bit baffled.
