So because Obama says something the government automatically responds by passing a bill? These people at congress makes worse jokes than Al Franken
(or any other comedian here). I mean, that was just an opinion.
I don't think Obama meant this (like he would do it).
Seriously, don't those people have anything better to do with their time?
