A lot of people say its coming soon but what will you do about it? Will you just watch, protest, or maybe even join. I guess it also depends on where
you live, you could get stuck right in the middle of it. But how much do you think WWIII will have an impact on you?
Honestly i wouldn't give a # unless it was actually at my doorstep. But i'd be keeping a close eye.

I have filled the inside of my roof with popcorn kernels in anticipation of the global fireball
The kernels will absorb all the heat and radiation heading to my house and at the same time rise into a ball of popcorn large enough to feed the whole
neighborhood for whomever is left.

I think it is coming and I don't think it is too late to stop it but it won't be stopped. To stop it all the people of the world will have to open
their minds and hearts and see that their governments don't care about them. It is just a power game for them. They think that since the earth is
over populated any way they are doing their duty to the planet to wipe a couple billion of us out. What can we do? Just say no; no to the wars; no to
the manipulation; no to the financial restructuring. We would have to put the power back into the hands of the people; but you can’t put the genie
back into the bottle.

I welcome it.This world and system needs to start over and that would give us all a chance to get rid of guys like bush cheney and those wall street
creeps and all the other jerk offs who want wars and profit from them.If all hell broke loose I don't think those guys would get very far.
We need a change and not from el-creepo obama.
Bring it on.I am more then ready.

I have also done the brick face on my house with Microwaveable Hot Pockets so those also cook as soon as the bomb goes off
I'm a forward thinker I am...
Stocking up on Indestructible stuff for long term survival
Velveeta Cheese and Spam in particular
Also I have loaded up on party Favors, like Hats and those noise makers to celebrate all the fireworks
Most Important...
There is a guy in China town in NYC who sells Radiation proof Jock Straps
I Highly suggest you all purchase one of these to keep your Cajones intact

I don't think at all it is coming. Why would there be a World War III? Basically all countries in the world are now capitalist. Yes, war means
profits. Nuclear destruction however means that all of your businesses are going to be radioactive.
Trust me. There will be no WW3. There will be many nice little wars that make profits for the big businesses. There will even be a new Cold War which
will make even more profits for the big businesses. But there will not be a nuclear war. Just like the First Cold War never went hot. Just a little
bit of warfare in the Middle East.
This World War Three thing is one of these doomsayer fixations on the ATS. I don't say that World War Three is impossible, I just say it is very
unlikely. I don't say that an alien invasion is impossible or that I am sure that the world will not end in 2012, I just say that these events are
highly unlikely.
The countries that have the level of military might to even fight a world war are basically the United States... And in a more limited way Russia and
China. And each of these countries is clearly more interested in foreign trade and globalization than turning their country into a radioactive
wasteland.
Of course I love to speculate on World War Three scenarios. I even like to read survivalist manuals. Actually right now I am reading this nuclear war
classic On The Beach by Neville Shute. I just don't think it very likely that we would end up in that situation.
Come on. If nobody was insane enough to push the button during the Cold War how would they do it today? The tensions are not anywhere on that level.
And basically everybody is into capitalism, trade and markets, which makes the idea of a nuclear war kinda unprofitable... Which doesn't mean that
limited warfare in Third World countries wouldn't be profitable.
You know what I mean. Better to build a radiation shelter but I don't think that it will ever be used. People on ATS are too paranoid.
Just let Hamas and IDF slug it out if they are stupid enough to go to war. It isn't my problem if people in the Middle East have a death wish. I have
a lot of sympathy for the innocent civilians though.

Don't forget the Twinkies. They have a shelf live of over 50 years. Stock up on pantyhose because they are in deed a multipurpose item and they are
good insulators from the cold. Going to need that if there is nuclear winter.

Wow I never thought of that... Pantyhose actually would be a good survival item... and how else would I fulfill my leg Fetish if the world is 90%
obliterated?
Theres allot of stuff that would seriously last or be handy to have extra of that most people wouldn't invest the extra bomb shelter space for but I
would...
A couple of Solar Panels to hook into a Wii for example...
Imagine being the only guy on the block that could still play Cart after a nuclear Holocaust... you'd be in a fantastic barter position
A still
Has anyone else shuffled away a good way to make booze?
Planning for ww3 ... I was goofing above, but theres allot of cool things you might want an extra room for if your an optimist for survival as i
happen to be
Ladies...
Do you have Tampons put aside... your going to be using a squirrel tail if not
How about TP while i'm being gross, every GUY has stocked away the MRE's and good ol USA recommended duck tape is in no short supply right?
How much TP do you all have aside? 1 day... 2 days...
What good will survival be if you have to wipe with radio active leaves?
and clothes?
Who stores clothes?
I don't want to look like some mad max reject in 5 years, I say a few good self cleaning suits are in order, you'll be mayor of the mutants for sure
if you leave one Nice Tux aside
How about meds... every one tucks away anti biotics and stuff...
But Preperation H? Herpes medication? Acne Cream? Athletes foot powder?
All the little things will add up over time to your misery... I'm being funny, but Not really...
Lots of little items and possible food sources and things probably none of us bothered to think of but wouldn't mind having around five years
later...
Like
Razor blades... what good will the Panty Hose do if my GF looks like sasquatch?
Brothers will need some lotion or they will all be ashy... so much we take for granted
The real question isn't "Are you prepared for WW3?" But Rather "Are you prepared to do WW3 in comfort and style?"
Like Music... anyone save any Vynil ? Probably not right? Great for listening to or throwing at zombies
Remember the little things... that's the message here
oh
yeah...
Ladies you will need a few boxes of bras or your going National geographic quality on the boobs in a couple of years
and Guys
I don't need to describe the same results for the ol Testicles if you don't pack allot of underwear do I?

The only way there will be a ww3 is if we all continue thinking about it, we create what we think about, why do you think the elite ruling news always
gives us 99% bad news, so we will think about it and "create" it.
Positive thoughts bring positive results!

Ra's Al Ghul: Gotham's time has come. Like Constantinople or Rome before it the city has become a breeding ground for suffering and injustice. It is
beyond saving and must be allowed to die. This is the most important function of the League of Shadows. It is one we've performed for centuries.
Gotham... must be destroyed.
While I feel that the world and not only America have become a breeding ground for injustice, much like Athens and the Spartans which were the worlds
at there time. I feel that it is time for a new beginning. Its time to start from the beginning, but the world does not need to be destroyed to do it,
the powers that be must be removed (The New World Order). Remove those people and the world will be 70% better. Then work on uniting the world (Ending
the KKK, Black Panthers, Neo Nazi's and other such groups), ending religious conflicts, by pointing out that all religions want nothing but peace and
harmony (which they all do). Proving that no one is more "evolved than one another" and that we are all equal. Stop comparisons for they fuel
rivalry and start great conflicts. Rise from the ashes as a Phoenix.
Which leads to the next great quote:
If that cycle is the very truth of life then history, too, will inevitably repeat itself. So go on - bring your Jenovas and your Sephiroths. It won't
matter. We'll do as life dictates and stop you every single time.
If that cycle is the very truth of life then history, too, will inevitably repeat itself. So go on - bring your Hitlers and your Alexander The Greats.
It won't matter. We'll do as life dictates and stop you every single time.
While world war III will be the deciding factor if the world will die or live, I think we are all somewhat prepared for it. With everything we have
faced and seen in the world, any rational person knows it is only a matter of time, before another Hitler rises up and either wins or loses, but in
the mean time lets wait for the sign and the day.
and finally in the words of Bruce Wayne, "Gotham is not beyond saving"

Spend an afternoon with an old person - most will glady discuss what effects it had on them - Trust me, you wouldn't welcome it. Before my grandad
died, he told me about when he moved from pillar to post with his family trying to avoid the air raids. He went from lincolnshire to Liverpool, to
Birmingham. He told me he was in birmingham when covnetry was hit. He said the sky was orange and black smoke for miles, they moved back to
lincolnshire after that. He said although coventry was bad, it wasn't ap patch on what the allied troops did to one place in Germany - i can't
recall the place, but he said people were cooking in their own homes and basements. Not nice, i would not want to witness what that generation had to,
but unfortunatey it could be inevitable, nothing good comes of war as no war is won without its caualties, whichever side you happen to be on on.
Here is one persons account of his childhood growing up in wartime britain in rural lincolnshire, read it and tell me if you would wish your children
or granchildren to childhood memories like these, not anything to particulary bad but makes you realise we just live in a totally different era,
although the author looks back fondly of his childhood, you ot to think its quite scary really. I have started you onpage three as that is the part i
was referring to although the whole short story is quite ccompelling reading. :

I used to think that too but if consumers gave up driving cars on gas the middle east would look a whole lot different today.
We would have to put the power back into the hands of the people; but you can’t put the genie back into the bottle.
'People' never had the power ever, in history. It can't be any other way than the elite governing the masses because it would take too long to make
any urgent decisions.
