Here are some other claims made by Boylan...Richard Boylan: There's An Astronaut on that Falling Satellite

On Valentine’s Day, (Thursday, Feb. 15), the wire services reported that James Jeffries, the Deputy National Security Adviser, said that President Bush had ordered a secret spy satellite in a decaying orbit to be shot down because it contains toxic fuel, and he was "concerned about human life".

Apparently Bush’s "concern about human life" does not extend to hybrid Humans. Because what the government did not reveal is that the bus-size satellite has an astronaut aboard. This astronaut is a Human-Star Being hybrid, cloned by the Cabal, and whose job was to operate the advanced technology aboard the satellite, technology stolen and back-engineered from downed extraterrestrial spacecraft. The Cabal infiltrators in the National Reconnaissance Office do not want any portion of their satellite to reach Earth because of the chance that someone might notice the unworldly technology and unconventional crewman it carries; and to ask where those came from.

then later...

I bring you great joyful news, just received...Joe has been successfully retrieved from the stricken satellite and placed board the NASA Retrieval Vehicle [?] for transport back to the ground. There he will associate with the Friendlies within government, safe from Cabal clutches.

Just as an ATS-technique aside, your link was:

http://web.archive.org/web/20060616035520/http://www.virtuallystrange.net/ufo/updates/1996/nov/m03-001.shtml

It's the second "http://" section that freaks out the ATS link parser. But, with archive.org, you don't really need that in the URL. So, you can make your link:

http://web.archive.org/web/20060616035520/www.virtuallystrange.net/ufo/updates/1996/nov/m03-001.shtml

And it comes up as:

web.archive.org...

Which works all nice with ATS. Carry on.

And you are absolutely 100% positive that what he is saying is false?

Ok...I want to believe - BUT - I have some logical problems with all of the conspiracies and cover-ups:

1) How has the US government and others convinced or have been convinced to keep their mouths shut?

2) Why are the aliens cooperating with obviously selfish and corrupt human institutions?
-if we assume they are benevolent, why don't they make themselves known to help ease human misery
-if they are hostile, obviously they would have superior technology and could obliterate our whole planet - or at least, end all life

Good thread Mike, I really enjoyed reading it but I must admit that I found this part somewhat melodramatic/theatrical.

He said that Rumsfeld stood up and pointed a finger at him and said, "You have no ‘need to know’ and then sat down again. That was the end of it.

Also I wouldn't put much stock in Dr Richard Boylan... he's a bit of a nutter, not to mention sexual offender.

Dr. Richard Boylan is a former California psychologist who had his state psychology license revoked back in 1995 over allegations of improper sexual interaction with female patients in his hot tub (hydro 'therapy'?). He still uses the title doctor, even though he is not legally licensed for mental therapy anymore.

how does screwing your patients make your comments on UFOs false??

care to help me understand that?

or are you saying that to be credible, a person cannot ever make a mistake in their whole life??

because I know everyone makes mistakes (everyone) and so how can i consider you points credible when i know for a fact you have made mistakes also ??

Although I and SaviorComplex almost never agree on anything, I think he answers your question about Boylan excellently and I'll quote him:

Because character is everything in this case. This is not a minor quibble or fib. He violated the trust of his patients (and if not then, then afterwards). If he is going to manipulate and violate people under his care, how will he behave towards towards people he has no responsibility for?

Exactly SC How can you trust a word this guy has to say after what he did?

"Oops, what are you doing in my hot tub? And, hey, why aren't you wearing any clothes?"

He doesn't seem to admit to his "mistake". Instead blaming on a conspiracy to silence him. Sounds familiar doesn't it?

Tell me, how much do you believe what our soon to be ex-president says? Do you forgive him his "mistakes"?

In the official transcript of Boylan's hearing where he was disbarred from practicing psychotherapy in CA Boylan tacitly admits unprofessional behavior (nude massage as trade w. his patient, asking one to share a bed w. him in Vegas, etc.) when he says he won't do it again. Why he didn't do that kind of thing with a date, instead of a patient, we have to wonder. Boylan knew the professional standard---he blew it.

In the story on this thread we should outline a timeline that puts it into perspective. Boylan's earlier reports and investigations up until about 2002 were compelling and worth reading. Then he relied more on an objective, critical viewpoint in his writing, but more recently his reports tend toward an inflated sense of himself (Councilor of Earth, a Sasquatch race living underground, mental exercises in which Boylan and his cohort defeat cabal weapons systems by using mental energy, etc.). So, although Boylan made bad errors (a misplaced sexual context w. patients, for a time), he was subsequently elected head of the association of close encounter therapists. I, for one, don't throw out all of the reports of a sometimes faulty source based on one or a late series of errors. In truth, we could look at any of history's sources and find very bad moments in their lives: Einstein ditched a wife and daughter to marry a cousin, for example. Boylan is no Einstein, but his reports by Michael Wolf (externally corroborated--Paola Harris says she saw a signed thank-you picture from Bill Clinton in Wolf's house), Lt. Col. Steven Wilson, and a number of others may be important milestones in actual, official disclosure.

Rumsfeld's presence in a symposium in '68 was just three years before the 1971 date that Lt. Col. Steven Wilson said was the year when US labs first successfully engineered electrogravity flight, i.e. of a downed or reverse-engineered saucer. Boylan also compiled interesting lists of black budget craft and manufacturers of anti-gravity flight technology. The challenge, of course, is to be able to discern whether there's any disinformation, as is typically inserted into such sources, to offset or discredit the accounts in the eyes of skeptical all-or-nothing readers. From an all-or-nothing perspective, most info about aliens is no good because it contains at least a scrap of disinfo.

And if Rumsfeld pointed a finger at Hynek and cut him off, it's what you'd expect of a corrupt, self-enriching money grubber like Rumsfeld. The external rationale for not letting men like Hynek know about alien tech is program secrecy and supposed possible use of scalar tech info for weapons. The real inside reason(s) for cutting off honest investigators and most Democrats, honest Republicans etc. is to hide the extreme corruption and, on another level, to allow the monster to grow in our midst.

Sounded like Rummy likes JAH and was in a sense protecting him, at least from the portion that Rum knows about and is privy to.

But have you considered that there may be more than one single alien agenda at foot?

Perhaps the back room deals made so long ago were concerted to not only make side deals with the aliens that the world leaders and governments are in contact with, but also another set altogether which they do not know about, but others may? People outside the Political/Military/Religious complex?

Now, back to the thread, thanks mikesing, as always you have my attention.

Was wondering exactly what Rumsfeld might have been doing back then, ...

Donald Rumsfeld

Rumsfeld was elected to the United States House of Representatives for Illinois' 13th congressional district in 1962, at the age of 30, and was re-elected by large majorities in 1964, 1966, and 1968.[12]

In the Congress, he served on the Joint Economic Committee, the Committee on Science and Aeronautics, and the Government Operations Committee, as well as the Subcommittees on Military and Foreign Operations. He was also a co-founder of the Japanese-American Inter-Parliamentary Council.[13]

The Government Operations Committee is a powerful committee to be on.

Government Operations Committee

The Committee's government-wide oversight jurisdiction and expanded legislative authority make it one of the most influential and powerful committees in the House. The Committee serves as Congress' chief investigative and oversight committee, and is granted broad jurisdiction. The chairman of the committee is the only committee chairman in the House with the authority to issue subpoenas without a committee vote.[3]

Rumsfeld is a "alumni" of this committee.

Committee alumni include: Bob Dole, Dennis Hastert, Dick Armey, Donald Rumsfeld, Dan Quayle, Jim Wright and John McCormack, to name a few. Currently, the Committee is chaired by Congressman Henry Waxman (D-CA).

Being he was on the Committee on Science and Aeronautics back then, I would think he would have had an interest in UFO's back then.

His position on the Subcommittees on Military and Foreign Operations would probably have meant that, if the military ever did have contact with or found anything "alien", he most likely would have heard about it.

And his position in the Government Operations Committee would have enabled him to poke around in places where most other people couldn't.

So, I would think he very well could have been somebody "in the know" back then. (if there IS anything to know)

Wow, someone here who remembers this besides me. How is it that this quote is even being connected in any way with UFOs?? It has nothing to do with them. This is a good example of one of the methods used by the mass media propaganda machine when they want to smear someone they don't like. Is that what is going on here? Is this the UFO/conspiracy cash cow trying to stimulate membership and sales by inventing some bull# connection between Rumsfeld and UFOs?? I'm not saying he doesn't know anything, I'm saying that you should get your facts straight. People, please realize that a lot of hucksters make a lot of money peddling this kind of sensational drivel, and it is almost impossible to distinguish BS from truth anymore. I'd say unless you are in the know, it might even be totally impossible. I have actually seen a craft up close, during the day, and I believe about .5% of everything I read about UFOs anymore. Having said all that, I dare the screeners to post this.
