Thoughts to consider

Here is list of some logical questions, just think of it and post your opinion.

1. If money does not grow on trees, why do banks have branches?

2. Why does round pizza come in a square box?

3. Why does not glue stick to its bottle?

4. Why do we call building, when it is already built?

5. If we are on earth to help others, what are the others here for?

6. If we are not supposed to drink and drive, then why do bars have parking lots?

7. If swimming helps in losing weight and keeping fit, why are whales fat?

8. Why is that everyone want to go to heaven, but are scared of death?

9. Why is there racial discrimination in moving the white coin first in chess?(Intended to be fun and not to be taken seriously )

10. If there is freedom of speech, why do we have to pay telephone bills?

I'll play, but I tend to be cynical........


1. If money does not grow on trees, why do banks have branches?

Just a play on the usage and meaning of a word.


2. Why does round pizza come in a square box?

It's easier to manufacture a square box, and in fact, slab pizzas are square or oblong and fit the box perfectly.


3. Why does not glue stick to its bottle?

In some cases it does, particularly glue that is exposed to air and dries in the container. Most glue is packaged in plastics or glass that won't allow it to adhere to the surface as it dries.


4. Why do we call building, when it is already built?

Another play on words.
Building can be a noun or verb.


5. If we are on earth to help others, what are the others here for?

Who says we are here to help others ?


6. If we are not supposed to drink and drive, then why do bars have parking lots?

Not everyone drinks irresponsibly, and not everyone that attends an establishment that serves alcohol is there to imbibe.


7. If swimming helps in losing weight and keeping fit, why are whales fat?

They need the fat to insulate themselves in cold water because they're mammals.


8. Why is that everyone want to go to heaven, but are scared of death?

Not everyone is afraid of death and the concept of heaven is based on religions that have no basis in reality.


9. Why is there racial discrimination in moving the white coin first in chess?(Intended to be fun and not to be taken seriously )

A fair draw chooses the white pawn and who plays first, so I don't see discrimination just because of the colour.


10. If there is freedom of speech, why do we have to pay telephone bills?

Corporations set up communication systems that require construction, installation, and maintenance. You're free to speak, but it'll cost you if you use someone's system or equipment to expand the reach of your voice.
