GIF and JPEG file formats only with a maximum dimension of 160 pixels wide, by 320 pixels tall. File sizes are not to exceed 75k, and animated GIF's
are allowed. (physical size can extend up to 400 pixels tall for images under 50k in file size)

In that case, I suggest that you file a complaint and point out the avatar that is oversized and/or making troubles. We can't do nothing if we don't
know where the problem is. We are busy already, so we're not going to launch a search for a needle in a haystack. There are almost 160,000 members...
