Family Of Man Shot By Police Doesn't Get Answers

 BELLAIRE, Texas - The family of a man who was shot by a police officer during a stolen vehicle investigation went to Bellaire City Council
Monday, but did not get the answers they were looking for, KPRC Local 2 reported.
Robbie Tolan has been in a hospital bed for the last six days with a bullet lodged in his liver and a punctured lung. He's 23 years old and an
aspiring baseball player trying to follow in his famous father's footsteps.
Bobby Tolan, who won a World Series with the St. Louis Cardinals, and about a dozen other family members and friends said they thought it was

So now most of the "Well what was he doing?" Blame the victim types come out...
Until we read he was pulling up to his own house in his own car!
Bellaire police approached Tolan and his cousin in their driveway, reportedly believing they were in a stolen vehicle. Sgt. Jeff Cotton ended up fired
his weapon, wounding Tolan.
It turned out the car was not stolen.
City Manager Bernie Satterwhite deferred to the ongoing investigation now being done by the Harris County District Attorney's Office.
"I'm sure the family feels bad towards city," said Satterwhite. "We feel bad a shadow is cast over our great city."
"My thoughts and prayers are with the Tolan family every day and will continue to be," commented Mayor Cindy Siegel.
Tolan's relatives did not speak. Their lawyers described them as "extremely disappointed" by the comments made. They said the city officials care more
about political grandstanding than about one of their own residents.
And all the police can say is "It wasn't racial profiling"
So what was it? Systematic extermination of people you don't like?
WHAT GIVES?
It's time to go the route of the UK and remove Guns from all Police officers except for spec ops and swat.

They can remove the guns of Cops in the UK because 2/3rds of the population do not own guns like in America. Imo Cops in the Uk should have guns &
have the red tape & "human rights" they need to work with cut. My prayers are with the family of this man though. Why did the Police think the car
was stolen?

They knew it wasn't stolen. I would be surprised if they didn't know it was his car.
When a cop act's like an asshole, we all scramble to find a reason or an excuse. Here is a reason: Some, not all, cops are just assholes. Some, not
all cops, will go out of their way to create a false situation.
They create ficticous evidence, lie to your face about your rights/the circumstances of your situation and constantly break the law; hoping that an
ignorant public and general sense of intimidation of authority don't call them into question.

Yeah, Just like the rest of our Government and people in power controlling this country.All corrupt and manipulate their manmade self serving laws to
fit their needs. I love how a simple law can have different meanings when applied to different people.
We will NEVER receive justice unless we take it for ourselves. After all....

They police themselves. This is why 99% are NEVER convicted of their crimes. They occasionally make an example out of one of their own for 2 simple
reasons......
1st reason is that most likely that person was going against their agenda in the first place
2nd reason is to appease the people and make it look like they're doing their jobs.
I love how these agencies pride and base themselves on MORALITY yet they are the most sneaky,decietful and manipulative MASS MURDERING CRIMINALS ever
to walk the earth. I love how they make an average petty crime/criminal seem like the cancerous cause to societies problems when they commit cimes
against humanity on an astronomical level worldwide.
SOONER or LATER you WILL PAY for your CRIMES. HUMANAITY has had ENOUGH of your EVIL

That is some good stuff. I love when these shmucks get the shaft. Even better when you see videos of them getting a serious beating or better yet,
shot. I can honestly say that I haven't a shred of compassion for these pricks.
