Bull# you guys. People make mistakes... I realize this is a real big mistake to make but i think she should have EVERY RIGHT to ditch the army, like
with any profession. Seeing as this is an illegal war, signing on the dotted line should mean nothing. A woman with a husband and kids getting five
years in prison, for what? Saying she doesnt want to die and leave her kids with no mother? F*** O** tbh.

It's my understanding that she is still in Canada with her family....more than likely she will remain there.

The mistake was allowing this splittail to be able to run to Canada and leave her buddies hanging. Because she didn't go, her unit went one person
short, which screws everyone else.
Illegal war? BS. And who decides that? Just because you don't want to go, you don't pull the "this war is illegal" crap and think you can get out
of it.
Besides desertion, they should get her for breach of contract, too.

Arrogance suits you well. I love your "holier than thou" attitude, it's quite becoming.
You are an extremely misguided individual.

It was obvious to me from the start, are you the natural psycho or the ones who lost it in the battle field? Is it alright for me to ask

I told you, it's just part of that "outlaw" thing I've quickly grown accustom to, since you said it was illegal to take part in OIF.

Ignorance. It's saddening, really.
The war is unconstitutional on grounds that Congress never declared War. Congress illegally abrogated their power to declare war to the President,
such act is unconstitutional. The only way for the war to be legal and hold constitutional merit is for Congress to legally declare war, an act that
has not occurred.
Until such declaration is put in writing and confirmed by majority vote in Congress, the war remains unconstitutional. Following orders to deploy to
Iraq is thus following an unconstitutional order...and thus, a breach of contract.
OOORAH!

Obviously, humor is not your strong suit.
How about Duty, Honor, Country? You know, that JFK thing about "ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country."
And chicks dig guys with Air Medals.

I only had to read one of his posts to realize that Some people really should think before they 'type'.
I respect the average military man/woman. I just have no respect anybody (military or non) with an attitude so condescending, arrogant and closed
minded that it makes you want to pull your hair out.

They too violated their oath of office, and as violating said oath is a crime, they too are criminals.

Hey Jerico,
Did you know any PSYOPS people while you were in? I had a post on PSYOPS here, but it did not get much attention and died.

eric.langborgh.com...
For those of you unfamiliar with why the war is unconstitutional, and thus illegal, take a look at the aforementioned link.
The soldiers who understand their oath and who refuse to go to Iraq on the basis that doing such would be a violation of their oath, have the legal
standing to properly win their case.
Like I said earlier, there is no reason to run away to Canada, and I disagree with doing such (I think it's quite cowardly to say "no, I won't go
to war," say it's illegal, and then run off...they should prove why it's illegal, AND THEY CAN). These soldiers should refuse to go, and they have
the power to do so. I just wish more of them would stand up and stay true to the oath they took.

Good to hear its humour but still makes you wonder, your posts are consistant, I had a discussion with you on the other thread also.
Duty, Honor, Country? All goes under the brainwash category, I already stated that previously.
Chiks, I have known many people who join the army and none of them mentioned anything regarding chiks lol. Why would you go to army where you are not
allowed to have sexual relationships just to get chiks? Or was that humour also?
