Israel accepts truce 'principles'

 Israel has agreed "on the principles" of a ceasefire proposal, raising hopes of an end to its conflict with Palestinian militants in Gaza.
"The challenge now is to get the details to match the principles," Israeli spokesman Mark Regev said.

I hope that they soon reach a cease fire. I also hope that Hamas remembers where they planted all those booby traps if there is a truce or cease fire.
I wouldn't want innocent people to get hurt by them.

Hmm Good for civilians on both sides if the peace fire is settled,but im guessing israel is still going to control their borders,airspace and
coast,plus the piece of farm land designated as a no go area where gazan farmers get shot at for entering...one step at a time i guess...

This is definitely better news than we usually get.
Lets hope they manage to agree on a ceasefire and all the killing stops.
