intentionally foment and create "disorder" so the people will in turn demand "order". The price of "order" always entails a handing over of
control and loss of freedom on the part of the citizenry. Out of "chaos" comes "order" - THEIR order - their new WORLD order.

"problem-reaction-solution, a political dictum that a manufactured crisis leads to opportunity, especially when they (the Globalists) have already
