If you actually take a look over the last few years anti-semitism the world over has sharply increased - and israeli actions , haven`t really helped there own cause (and im surprised they haven`t nuked anyone by now but ho hum)

Frankly, I see no comparison between questioning someone's intelligence and calling for the members of an entire religion to be "put in ovens".

I didn't refer to that example, since ''putting Jews in the oven'' is pure hate, that cannot be argued. However, you are saying you've seen a lot of hate on ATS. Therefore, I'd like to know if you can provide some quote of what you consider to be hateful from a thread on ATS.

I was trying to stay out of all of this but I just had to bring up one point. We all heard about the incident during a Sarah Palin speech where someone in the crowd yelled "kill him", or something similar about Obama. Can we paint all republican supporters with the same broad brush strokes that some people are on this issue?

Well im pro palestine when it comes to this conflict but anti civilians getting killed on both sides and anti-israeli government because of its actions for decades.The oven comment was just vile and i think you will find the majority of people who support gaza in its struggle against being oppressed would denounce comments like that,but i know a few members here wouldn't,they are just hate filled idiots that dont deserve the time of day,and there are many pro-israeli members on here who also fall under that category.Thats all ive got to say.

The protesters may not be former Palestinians, but just Arabs period. Arabs as a general rule would like to see all Jews back in the ovens; that protester said what all of them think but don't have the guts to say not in the USA at least.

Here we have a perfect example of what the OP was about. And some members even gave this post a star.

The point is that we are having a discussion about what's hate and what's criticism. You are prejudicing by saying that I wouldn't call it hateful anyway whereas I've just express that 'putting Jews in the oven' is hateful in my opinion. And that kind of rhetoric I have yet to see here on ATS. Surely some members are a bit more extreme then others and some might be led to much by emotions, but in general I don't think there's so much hate towards Jews, here on ATS.

The moron I quoted showed some real hate. Seriously, how could one say this girl should be shot by the brave Israeli soldiers...

But it's true. That girl who said it isn't the exception, she's the rule. Sure there are some Arabs I am sure that don't want Israel to vanish, but you could count them on one hand. Look I didn't make things the way they are, we are talking millenial history, alright?

i was just pointing out that it was in fact in the USA that someone was saying it - just clarifying your point.

Yeah it happens. Im a Scientologist when people come to my church and yell stuff like this its supported by all. But when people protest Israel and yell about jews its looked down upon.

Israel was created after World War II by the Global Elites, mainly those European and American dominating families that we hear so much about in the conspiracy world, to ensure regional and global breakdown of society .. as well as to create a constant state of warfare and volatility, culiminating in nuclear warfare.

How do I know this? The title of this thread told me, silly!

Telling them to "get back in the ovens" is just one of many grotesque ways of pushing an otherwise peaceful people into greater and greater violence!

I have been seeing way too many anti-Israeli threads on ATS lately. This latest conflict has really fanned the flames. But what those that hate Israrel don't realize is that in this case, Hamas had been firing rockets into Israel for months. The government ask them to stop. Several times. Then they warned them. Hamas continued to target Israelis with rockets on a daily basis, all the while hiding among the civilians in Gasa.
When Israel retaliates, they are the ones who are critized. When they call civilians and warn them they are about to blow up a rocket cache and they need to evacuate, that is ignored. We hear about the civilians killed in Gaza, but not about the Israelis.
Let me propose this question. Violence is increasing on our southern border, and drug gangs are actually invading some of our border cities. If They actually started firing rockets into Brownsville, El Paso, San Diego, how long do you think it would be before we leveled Lareado, El Paso, Tiajuana? How many days before tanks rolled across the border and started taking control of the Southern Border? I don't think we would be nearly as patient as Israel.
