I completely agree I enjoy being drawn into a good story. I am a Great story teller in music. And the way to get people to buy it emotionally is to make them feel an emotion for one character Love, hate, fear, sorrow. Does not matter if you hook them you they will listen. The nerve that was hit is becoming increasingly more evident at this site. MENTAL ILLNESS, I have known a lot of folks in the work I once did, who spoke word for word as the O.P. does. And they are all in treatment facilities. My point is DON’T WATCH if you are so easily swayed to the dark side. Just save your $8.50 and write your own junk man. But I will guarantee some crazy out there will find the symbolism to SATAN or the ILLUMINATI or the KNIGHTS TEMPLAR.

what does happen every day after thanksgiving?

I can understand people waiting in line and acting like animals for something that they need like clothes, Food, shelter. But when people kill and wait in line for days for a TV, PS3, WII, the new Harry Potter book to name a few... Then that my friend is mind control working at its finest.

Funny how you mention the real threat "our government, but you fail to realize that many in Hollywood work with "our government."

There is a reason for the lack of education in America coupled with the superficiality in the form of entertainment that we practically spoon feed our children.

To prove my point, go into any gas station/convenience store and or grocery store. Go find the magazine rack, upon discovering the magazine rack what do you see? All of the magazines concerned with superficiality, celebrities, gossip, vanity, and sexuality are right there on the top row. You will probably also notice a swarm of giggling women in there twenties who are far too old to be acting like they are still in High School eating up every gossip magazine in the store.

Then notice directly below the Celebrity-crap-magazines that the science magazines like "Popular Mechanics" are hidden below and covered in a thin layer of dust.

We have been raised to worship superficiality, these companies might just be trying to make money but if they put the same effort into building intelligent people this world would be much different.

If there was no supply there would be no demand.

Look at how rampant addiction is, I wonder why, most people walk around feeling like they have some kind of a hole in their souls. A hole that they fill with anything to numb them, but that happens when people have been spoon fed garbage. The human race wants more than the superficiality that is given to them but they don't know where to look.

Except the television.

You're gonna have a bunch of dumb children.

I totally agree that ATS needs a Hollywood Conspiracy section. My blood has just started rushing!

I have compiled a list of recent movies showing signs of the NWO, freemasonry and what not. Ranging from Harlod and Kumar guantanamo bay to Keanu's street kings to Mr. Woodcock.

Someone earlier in the thread wrote that, the illuminatists put these in their films because the event in that film will happen in the future. So what does Mr.Woodcock and shaun william scotts step father/step son love hate relationship have to do with a future NWO plot? I think the rabbit hole is deeper and something very very psychological is going on here. Also if they have to put a sign in a movie before it happens howcome in Zodiac(based on a true story) which the events have already occured, why did they have to put a all seeing eye pyramid on Robert Downey Jr's lighter? Are the Zodiac murders going to happen again?! I hope not.

When i get home i'll post some more names of movies which have these symbols and themes in them.

it's amazing....they are serious problems in this world, and there are people who are actually fixated on how "Hollywood is using mind control"

as if Hollywood has the power to crawl into their brain and tell them how to feel or what to think.

i have favorite movies and tv shows.

i don't think hollywood has been touched by illuminati or secret societies any more than the rest of us...which is to say, we've all been bent over and raped...nobody is immune to what's being done.

it would not be my choice to have my child exposed to some of the crap that comes out of a warped mind but lots of this stuff is in your face.

it's nice to talk about how everybody perceives what is happening here. It's a little scary to see the paranoia that it can bring to a person's existence.

i also know that heinous things do happen and conspiracy keeps secrets. sometimes those who find themselves in over their heads need to get a message out even if they have to cloak it in the illusion of fiction.

I think it would be a good idea for a forum. We could actually include the entire media- books, TV, movies, magazines. It would help organize the site better and I think it would get a lot of use.

You are not alone. I too gave up TV about four years ago. I have heard that over three million Europeans have given up their TVs because they were tired of being treated like pigs and idiots. I gave up TV because I could no longer tolerate the blatant brainwashing. It is bad enough that they were in you face about it but they want you to pay them to control you.

I understand how Hollywood contributes to the "dumming down" of the nation in a general way, but I am relunctant to believe the director of fight club had those motives in mind- I could be wrong, but I don't think the average American understands a masonic ladder or symbols such as those....

It may not be so much of a conspiracy as it is an influence for the dumbing of the masses. They may not be conspiring against the masses but are contributing to their numbing & dimming out.

Psychologically the masses are becoming more and more desensitized and are using less and less gray cells. How many have replaced reading for TV? How much of the public even reads today? And I don't mean the comics.

I've said before, the movie "Total Recal" seems to be prophetic of the food control happening all over the place, the governing powers in the movie controlled who got air and if a section was harboring a fugitive or participating in some other "disruptive" behaviors, their air supply was shut off. Same thing could happen if food or water was controlled by one governing power here.
