Hmm, no a SINGLE F-22 does not cost 350 million for the sole reason that A B-2 costs about that much, and it is over priced.

Plus STAVATTI DOES NOT EXIST, and that is not a next gen fighter, it is not stealth, and just because it has a funny shape, does not mean it is next gen.
