Here's her wikipedia page:

en.wikipedia.org...

She's already married to Adam Shapiro. She herself is Christian and her husband is Jewish.

Unless that target wasnt a threat, and by that video obviously there wasnt an immediate threat to the soldiers life or his fellow soldier. Otherwise I am sure he would have knocked the girl out and protected himself from harm. It looked to me like he was playing target practice with children and there families that were obviously of no threat.

So, you don't see any contradiction between this:

And they are also told no matter what, to never follow any orders that would harm anyone, especially any innocents.

and this:?
If the guy over your head gives you a bad order, take HIM out!!!!!!

Actually, in the US military, you're obligated to refuse illegal orders -- but that doesn't mean you get to kill the issuer.

Not to generalize, but seems to me I've heard more violent revenge fantasies from self-professed "pacifists" and vegans than any other group, except, possibly, late-teen boys.

The fact that you think she may be American makes you very proud? Are you having a laugh or what? If it wasn't for the American government turning a blind eye to and in some regards actively encouraging Israeli atrocities people like this incredibly brave girl would not have to put themselves in such dangerous situations?

In the last 50 years.... has there been no chance for anyone to leave this tiny strip and move into europe? Its a crazy place to live... you knwo those religous extremeist on both sides are wanting to taste death... why make your children witness it?

I wouldnt live in isreal... or anywhere in the middle east... their religions calls for death, murder, and theft on both sides.

No place to raise a child... As soon as the first gangs in any state in USA gets rockets and uses improvised explosives... im moving to the mountians.

Ok so now your saying every sensible person like you shouldn't be there in the first place. OK If anything, 10 years of rocket firing should tell the residents that an invasion wont come about from it.

Anyway, there are a multitude of reasons why families can't just up and move.

Remember when you are deciding what people should do, you should try to put yourselves in their shoes. Otherwise you just come off as ignorant (telling the peasants what to do while in your castle). Those of that religion don't see it as calling for death, murder and theft. In any case that is a sweeping generalisation that doesn't consider the miniority use it for such purposes, just like christianity.

It is not stupid to stand in the line of fire for friends, family and children. It is done out of "love" which is something that is fading quickly in this ever growing world of darkness.

She made those soldiers think about what they were doing. She also showed others that it doesn't take a gun to force peace. It only takes rational thought and consideration for other human lives.

If a situation like this occured on your street, are you not going to stand between those with guns and the ones you love?

i doubt what she was doing was being done for the cameras...she was standing up for what she believed and that is anything but dumb...anyone doing the right thing or the moral thing just for a camera is not doing it for the right reasons at all

Like the salem witch trials.... or the crusades.. just because these religous nuts are fat and happy doesnt mean they wont flip as soon as the SHTF. Thats how it always happens.... this is why we say history repeats itself. Thier flawed logic is never fixed... only put on a milder course, because of their satisfied egos.
