Although I agree that this man was wronged when forced to cover up a t-shirt with Arab script (transtlated to "We will not be silent", and I also
agree that compensation was deserved, I feel that $240,000 is way to much.
Then again, we see lawsuits for frivilous matters where people are awarded millions of dollars, so perhaps it's not so much afterall.
Perhaps it will serve as a warning to airlines that they cannot descriminate in the name of the "war on terror"
