Those medics and doctors are the real heroes in my opinion. They're doing their job because it's what they love. They care and want to make a difference. They probably haven't slept for days. After this conflict, those aid workers and doctors should be rewarded in kind.

Have watched this on TV - Israel is a global disgrace - numerous countries with relations are condeming their actions and even going so far as evicting their ambassadors (Venezuala, Syria) of course not Isramerica.

They did not request for permission. They were trying to enter by force.

I agree, they are heroes, and they make me proud to be Norwegian.
I read another interview earlier today with one of the doctors, and the journalist wrote that the doctor broke down and cried several times in the phone during the interview.

I have also cried today, when I watched the news. Also when I read about one of the doctor's patients - a nine month old girld who had lost her entire family and also had to have one of her hands amputeted...

This is madness. I do not take sides here, I think they are both to blame, but it still is madness. And to see all the hateful posts and comments here at ATS...

I wish people would shut up for a minute and instead say a prayer for the innocent people who are getting injured and killed. I wish people would pray that the madness will stop. Saying a prayer is better that spreading even more hate in this world... At least prayers don't hurt anyone.

A majority of the US is owned by Israel. I think upwards of 60% of the wealth is owned by the Jewish. Your leaders know who their financiers are so they sit quietly with their mouths closed, and defend them when needed, all in the name of capitalism.

This is purely the only reason why the US backs Israel's plans. Israel is the puppet master in this case I believe.

I wish there were more medical people there to take some of the burden from these truly selfless doctors.

You can not find greater men than those who will risk their own existence to help others.

Ill say it a thousand times if you make such claims then provide sources as proof. If you cannot then please edit and delete everything you have said. I know the poster 'pepsi' loves making claims, then when I call him or her on it he never backs them up.

I don't know what peoples problems are with jews, it's like a natural instinct to scapegoat and hate to a point of ignorance when jews are mentioned.

According to this website this doctor is not neutral but instead has been a pro-Palestinian activist for years. Now that this guy is debunked for who he is we can close this topic.

I've noticed something. We have a full scale war over there- and we almost have a full scale one in here.

If I didn't know any better (and I don't) It looks like this is just another reason to divide people for the coming fun from the NWO. I'd love to know who's supplying who what- who's giving weapons to hamas and israel, and everything else. I'll bet you $$$ all of it says "made in America" on it. Ok. Hecho en Mexico. But it's US supplying most of the terrorists.

Look at this- this is happening just before Obama goes into office. they said something would happen to ' test him' and this looks like a lead in to it.

Keep in mind WHO is doing damage and killing people. It isnt Grandma Israeli against the little Palestinian girl selling cookies in a stall, it's the military, and the govts. And I put Hamas in the same category.

It's a war crime to use it as a weapon, but like the US's operations in Iraq, Israel is claiming to use it only "light up the sky at night" or as a "smoke screen" and not a weapon.

That's like shooting someone and telling the cops that you weren't using the gun as a weapon, only as a "people repellent."
