Thank you for pointing this out I had not seen this PBS Frontline yet and it was very enlightening.

People can watch the whole thing online here.

I found it funny that the PBS people can describe and connect everything Dick Cheney has done to increase the Presidential powers, but when it comes to 9/11 they don't even dare to go there.

They mention it briefly and even as something that slowed down Cheney's plans, even though in the end the obvious conclusion is that they needed 9/11 to pass much of those laws and increase the Presidential powers Cheney has sought for decades.
