The pipeline problem Russia has is with the Ukraine and it is no where near the Med.
What is even more curious Turkey is a Nato country, when did you hear of Britain or Germany alone doing military exercises with Russia?

Have any of you thought that it might just be a simple Naval Exercise? They are two nations that have borders on the Black Sea - so it makes sense for
their navies to co-operate at times.
Jeez, some of you read too much into things.
Even the Royal Navy has done exercises with the Russian Navy - Recently the Royal Marines were alongside the Russian Naval Infantry on exercise.
