Once upon a time there was a man who claim that Gos spoke to him. According to that man - the God told him that they are the "chosen people" and it is OK to kill any "gentile" and steal their property.
To mine understanding - letter on those "God words" become fundamental to a jews religion. Am I wrong?.
To mine understanding - the God said that "all man are created equal". That means that no one it is chosen. Am I wrong or God lied to us.
The state of Israel assume a property and murder most of that land occupants. The remaining occupants was forced to live in restricted area.
What would that remind you of from US history?. Am I wrong or the Native American Indians are coming to my mind.
If what I am saying it is correct then would you like to live near a people like those jews. I maybe wrong but if the Indians will try to reclaim their property
they will be "wipe-out" by US army. Jews have no right to claim a property they abounded 1000 years ago.

I really don't think ATS has a problem with anti semitism at all. This is just a case of sticking up for the underdog. I couldn't care less which religious or political faction any of these people are from, and I'm sure many here feel the same way. We just want the violence to stop.

We dont support air strikes or ground offensives. This means we support suicide bombings? no not really.

Palestinians were given the Gaza by Israel. Israel won the 6 day war and obtained the Gaza and property all the way to Egypt. They relinquished much of that land later, but retained the Gaza. Later, they gave up the Gaza strip as a sign of good faith and wanting peace with the Palestinians. The public news has recordings after that event showing Arafat never intended for peace with Israel, no matter what they did, unless they gave up all the land of Israel.

Historically, the land of Israel was not seized, it was bought. The plan for repatriation of Israel to its lands was formulated in the 19th century, and enacted by the United Nations in the 20th century. The primary agent in this plan for restoring Israel was Britain, as they had commonwealth properties in the area. So blame it on the British for trying to settle and pacify the middle east area called Palestine.

Ironically, these people are brothers. Until they see that, there will be war.
Hamas will never relent, and Israel will never allow their own destruction.

If you want peace, convince them they should have love for each other. Start with the children, win their minds. Put them together in schools and activities. Build a bridge. It will take many generations.

Hi all, I have read all of these posts and have opinions myself on this matter. I am a Christian in the U.S. but also live in this world and think I have a general grasp and some common sense. First I'd like to say that Israel did not steal this land in question from anyone. It was GIVEN to them by the United Nations in June of 1948. Israel didnt exist and didnt vote on that resolution. The Muslims, Communists, Socialists, and Capitalists did. Who the puppeteers actually were behind the scenes orchestrating this had nothing but war, conflict, chaos, and anguish in mind. With that said, what was done was done. Here we are 60 years later dealing with the same crap they started dealing with on day 1, 1948. (Israel). To those supporting the Palestinian cause, I respectfully say this: Israel has had 4000 rockets fired into their land since 2002. Where is the International outcry for the human rights violations for those Israeli families? Where is CNN, ABC, NBC, PBS located in Israel documenting and shoving into the public spotlight the plight of the Israelis dodging and weaving rocketfire on a daily basis?. Why is it that the moment Israel responds to these 4000 rocket attacks, the internationl community screams for a cease fire and diplomacy? I just cannot understand how "disproportionate response" only applies to Israel. To Israel I say this: If an animal keeps nipping at your heals and is drawing blood, dont talk to it. Kick it hard enough that it nevers wants to come back. But if it is rabid and doesnt know when to stop, it has to be eliminated. At least thats what the Muslim propoganda is against Israel. (Wiping off the face of the Earth, I hear at least once a week). To the Muslims, I would like to say this. Israel didnt steal anything from you, it was taken from you by the UN (and the puppeteers mentioned above) and given to them. Not by capitalism, socialism, communism, christiantiy, hinduism, judiasm, buddism or anything of the like. Your LEADERS have kept you in the 7th century for generations. Not the U.S. (1776) or Israel (1948). Your faith was around 500 years before the US was even dreamed of. To the Muslim Mullahs, Clerics, FREE YOUR PEOPLE. Let them worship how they choose without threat of DEATH, let them create business and open your markets to the people. Let your people maximize their human potential. Isnt Freedom and liberty the solution to the human condition? Finally, I hope that both sides will put their weapons down. To Israel make sure the Muslims do it first, or you will cease to exist a nation tomorrow. To the Muslims, put your weapons down, and there will be an instanct peace in the world tomorrow. Because of my common sense, I am pro-Israel. Not because of racism or blind Faith, but because of freedom, or the illusion of freedom that we are given. Maybe the creator is waiting to see if we can evolve/love, beyond out current state of being.

For the most part, the recent threads regarding Israel’s actions in Gaza have been critical of Israeli policy with very little mention of the Israeli people or Jews specifically. There have been a few comments here and there from a handful of nuts but that aside almost all of the threads bring up valid, challenging and interesting points for discussion.

I admit that I found those singular posts in the threads to be annoying distractions and yet I put your offensive histrionic posts in league with them. The nerve of you to not only call for censorship because you seem to lack the perceptive skills that would enable you to see the difference between criticizing Israel’s actions and advocating starting up gas chambers, but to threaten ATS itself as well?

I thought you would have gotten how hypocritical it would be of you to start your proposed attack thread on Blacks in response to your views of attacks on Israelis/Jews and that maybe you needed to chill instead.

apologies- i was unaware that the middle east was peaceful before israel's ineception. once the middle east lost its common enemy in WWI (ottoman empire) it resumed fighting itself. now that foreign nations have invested in making israel a success, people and the media care again
