You are talking about a minority who believe that actions against other religions/populations is acceptable.

I have freely and openly agreed that the actions of Hamas are not acceptable either.

But, that does not justify the actions taking place right now against Gaza.

It makes me sick to my stomach that any people would celebrate the deaths of others. And yes, I agree that it does seem to be certain nations that believe this to be acceptable. But for that you have to go back to religious belief again.
All organized religion propagates hatred of another. It uses indoctrination and brainwashing to control the masses. This is what you are seeing when you have thousands of people celebrating the deaths of others.

There are only two options here. One is to disconnect entirely from such nations, which isn't practical. The other is to manage as best as possible through a long period of developing ties and moderate practices.
Tolerance of beliefs and ways of life are a better option than isolation and, therefore, continuation of the status quo.

Personally, I long for the day when we can all detach from every organized religion. When we all have every religious belief in every country but kept to a personal belief rather than this insane desire to make everyone the same as us. But that's not likely to happen.

I almost resisted the temptation to look. But I did and have to give my two cents. I'd like to see the reaction if Mexicans took over let's say Texas, or New Mexico, and demanded the entire territory be given over to them. Mexicans believe Texas belongs to them. So let's say we finally concede, after they have been launching bombs at Oklahoma and Louisiana for years. Then let's force all Americans to move completely out of Texas; let's subsidize the Mexicans with food and provide their water and power etc. Then when they continue to bomb us in spite of all the above, let's just give them the whole USA.

There have been so many comments made supporting the destruction of Hamas, but I have yet to see any such similar condenmation of Fatah who have been equally resposible for guerilla attacks against Israel

Both parties are as equally responsible and have Israeli blood on their hands, yet Hamas is declared a terrorist entity, whilst Fatah is not...even though these two factions are essentially borne out of the former PLO headed by Yasser Arafat

What is the real agenda? Why is Fatah being supported yet Hamas villified?

Perhaps someone with greater knowledge on the subject could answer that one?

Detachedindividual, yes it is not everyone that has celebrated the murder of Israeli's, but the numbers are larger than a very small minority. Iraq under Saddam Hussein would send money to the families of suicide bombers. Iran and Syria used to provide funding to Hamas and still gives money to Hezbollah. My point is that there is state sponsored celebration of the deaths of Israeli's, and you see zero state sponsored celebration of Palestinian deaths.

Sadly, there really are those out there that want all Jews and Christians dead. Of course I am sure there are some out there that want all Muslims dead as well. Both are completely sick, wrong and saddening. But why can't Anti-Israel people ever seem to condemn or find fault in the actions of Palestinian terrorists?

Again, I am not defending Israel, just pointing out hypocrisy. Are some of you out there saying that Israel deserved what happened to them before? Or are all these deaths senseless and wrong? If what Israel has done is wrong, why do the murdered Israeli's deaths not warrant outcry and condemnation?

hopefully being the key word. actually think back and try to remember if you have ever seen a militant killed from bombs. i havent and ive seen alot of pictures and footage. its because they dont give a damn who they target. if those were your children laying dead covered with dust in the road i dont think you would be using the argument, "they get what they deserve electing hamas, they picked a fight with the big dog, blah blah blah". if the united states wasnt backing israel they would be smoked tommorrow.

Yes, let’s get to the real truth.

Hamas suicide bombers are the cause of the border being blocked to Gaza.
Btw, it worked when the terrorist could no longer enter, they stopped.

Problem, Hamas suicide bombers.
Solution, prevent the animals from entering Israel.

Problem, the Hamas rocket and mortar attacks daily for over a month.
Solution, counter attack the terrorists until they no longer attack.

Truth, there will never be peace until someone(s) are willing to going to Gaza and stop the terrorist's.

Further, they must also punish them when they continue to attack, breaking truce and peace.

Truth, since no one is willing to do it, it falls on Israel to defend itself from the terrorists.

Even if Hamas did provoke Israel, the attack that Israel put into action is unacceptable. There are laws for war and for invading a country that Israel did not follow. You can't just go in and start slaughtering and bombing indiscriminately. Hamas did not kill anyone with there firecrackers that Israel calls rockets. Only 4 Israelis have died so far and that's just because of its own ground attacks, no civilians have died at the hands of Hamas in recent months.

Israel is not targeting Hamas they're targeting the Palestinian people in general. This is genocide and it disgusts me that the U.S. is the only country in the UN that blocked a cease fire. Over 500 Palestinians have been killed and over 2400 wounded, 30% of those casualties were children. There's no remorse. Something needs to be done.

Thank you for your post.I know there are many Israeli's who do not support the action of their government,another thread I did linked to unbiased sites run by Israeli's alone or Israeli's and Palestinians together.Which is why I tried to make it clear in the OP that only some agree with such action.

My point is that until the full truth is known,the situation cannot be resolved fairly.If people are totally biased one way or the other,there is always going to be problems.

I believe Temple Mount plays a large part in it,but there have been representatives of all 3 Abrahmic faiths in Jerusalem for centuries.It even goes back to the Crusades.When they took the city for the first time they were amazed to find that Muslim,Jews and Christians had their own quarters and areas that were communal.

Jews have been booted from countries throughout history because they were causing trouble. The Israeli population is as uneducated as the American population in regards to history. You have to remember that the history books are written by the winners to fit their view of themselves and to advance their cause. The Israeli government will kill as many Jews as it takes for them to advance their agenda. Every person needs to understand that there is one power on this earth and it is held by those that hold and create the money. There are just a handful of families that have control of most of the worlds money and control all of the main stream media, publishing houses, magazines etc. They have had this control for hundreds of years.

Think about it, you can't run for congress unless you have millions of dollars but also need the media to give you time on the air and positive time at that. Until about 2006 I had preformed opinions about Muslims, Jews, blacks, whites, republicans, democrats etc. After much reading and conscious thought I began to see the bigger picture. All groups are controlled by the same money. Different teams working to the same end. They are just tag teaming us. Next is Obama, Socialism with a smile! Obama is for redistribution of wealth, just not the wealth of the elite. Not that he could do anything about if he wanted. Presidents that have tried to beat the bankers have all ended up dead with the exception of Andrew Jackson.

I challenge everyone to look at this conflict for what it is. It is genocide and it will not stop with the Palestinians. The bankers are at war with the people and if you think they look at us as anything less than animals you are blind. They don't need our money now they just need to take our power, divide us and kill us all.
