I am totally not understanding why we aren't seeing any traces of the Nevada earthquakes, or any traces of all of the other activity going on all over the world. Nothing much is showing on the Utah seismic charts...there was a noticeable movement when the Indonesian quakes hit yesterday. Even though there may not be anything going on at Yellowstone, there is stuff going on close by that should be at least mildly noticeable on the charts. It makes me wonder if they are having major technical problems with the Utah charts.

The USGS site shows the Nevada and Calif quakes but the IRIS site does not.
Here are links to the ones I follow...
www.iris.edu...
earthquake.usgs.gov...
www.seis.utah.edu...
folkworm.ceri.memphis.edu...

What I find interesting right now is that Yellowstone has been quiet for almost 44 hours. And 22 hours since the Papua, Indonesia quake of 7.6
I wonder if they are tied together somehow.
