a small minor detail is that if you directly target civilians then in fact WP is illegal iunder protocol 3 of the CCWC.

No, MSNBC, and I, told you they never showed a video of it. Again, proof you called MSNBC? After you story changed from "MSNBC never showed a video of it!" and after many changes is now "No interview with anyone on the phone!" I'm thinking you never called MSNBC. And you still haven't quoted me saying there was video of it, because I never said there was.

True, directly targeting civilians is illegal. From what I've seen (concede I can't trust the news or what they are showing) they appear to be doing air bursts with the rounds. Very unfortunate if someone is struck by the remnants but if you want to kill civilians WP is not the way to go. Just drop bombs, they are more effective. I'm sure a few people will die from fires started by the stuff or direct contact but it really doesn't seem as bad for the civilians as the bombing/shooting.

It is used against vehicles, petroleum, oils and lubricants (POL) and ammunition storage areas, and enemy observers. WP can be used as an aid in target location and navigation. It is usually dispersed by explosive munitions. It can be fired with fuze time to obtain an airburst. White phosphorus was used most often during World War II in military formulations for smoke screens, marker shells, incendiaries, hand grenades, smoke markers, colored flares, and tracer bullets.

No, you said MSNBC never had video of it. I also said they didn't. You keep saying there is then asking me for links. I, and MSNBC, keep telling you there is no video. It was simply a man on a phone talking about what he saw as tanks rolled in too Gaza. He was a witness too the tanks. He was a witness too the Hamas reaction. Edit to add. Here is Hamas shooting people in the knees. www.youtube.com... they did it before, no surprise they did it again.

A baby suit? While creative I doubt would work. But Hamas does the next best thing, hide in their homes. So when Hamas is attacked, the baby dies. Before Israel would usually not strike because of the human shields. This time they are going all out.

First you said video, then said show, then you said MSNBC never aired the video, now you're changing your story again. I doubt you ever called them. Do you really think they never talked too some one on the phone? That right there should show the BS. I simply reported what I saw, an interview with a guy on the phone. You asked for video of what he reported. I told you there was none. You claim MSNBC told you the same thing but your story has changed so much I doubt you called them.

Every time one dies. If Hamas met them on the battlefield there would be no civillian deaths. When America fought the NAZIs in trenches how many babies died? None because there were two armies fighting each other on a battlefield. Hamas refuses too fight and instead hides behind civillians. I need to get going, real life comes.
