Mornin' Forumerions,

In our ongoing expose of the events that took place in the month of March, 1967 "at or near Malmstrom AFB (as well as the minute-man missile silos in the area"), here is a brief report written to Dr. Edward Condon of the University of Colorado (Condon Committee):

1. At approximately 2100 hours on the night of 24 March 1967, a truck driver by the name of Ken Williams, from Laurel, Montana was proceeding northwest on U.S. Highways 87-89 to Great Falls. When approximately 2 miles Southwest of the turn-off to Belt, Montana, he claimed he saw a "huge dome shaped object, emitting an intense bright light" land in a ravine approximately 1 1/2 miles south of the highway. . . .

The rest of the story . . .

Cheers,
Frank

Solid and interesting work as always Frank

Thank you!

For anyone unaware this is Edward Condon of the infamous Condon Report, that basically was used to seal the fate of Project Blue Book.

Also relevant and interesting is this article written by Brad Sparks in September 2008:

Two, proof has now been found that project director Edward Condon had not in fact read his own report before writing up the report's "Conclusions and Recommendations," the opening chapter in the front of the report.

The "Condom Committee" and its conclusion, or more accurately "Condon's conclusion" was of a course a missed opportunity for the PTB to take "forward steps" in educating the public on the UFO phenomenon; however, just the opposite took place, and of course most feel (including me) that this was all premeditated.

Cheers,
Frank
