Are Savants Being Controlled by an AI Quantum Computer?

I speculate that some savants are being used as conduits of a 'quantum surveillance' system. They include Kim Peek and Daniel Tammet. This could be a part of a top secret social experiment studying the effects of enhanced intelligence on disabled minds as well as social conditioning for posthuman existence

What you have here is a very valid point. I think this is a mass excercise to play on the ethos of the people. the way they think, and the way their thoughts lead to their actions. Remember that these people will not realize that thier brains are being manipulated. There is a core group of people in the US, that control this, irrespective of who the President is. The President is aware of mind control as a technology, but besides that he has little control over this.

One thing I can tell you though that these core people are not Jews!

Of course not, Savants would "KNOW" about it. But I would say they are teaching the super computer by inputting what Savants have to say....
