Yes. The Dems are posturing and saying that he will be escorted out. Blago's last shot at the Senate and the government is a beaut. The arrogant leadership flapped their gums without thinking [surprise] and said that they wouldn't accept anyone that he appointed. So he appointed a black man to replace a black man, and now they have a problem with appearances if they refuse to seat him and the appearance of backing down if they do. If Blago's replacement appoints someone else, whom do they seat, knowing that a lawsuit will certainly ensue.
This is Blago's way of dividing the Dems and he really did it to them. They'll have to find a way to weasel out of this so they can appear to be in command when they do have to seat him. This will be a real sideshow and likely detract from the President actually getting the congress to implement his programs while they are busy being important for the press.
