If we can give land to the Jews, why not the Gypsies?

In addition to the approximately 6 million Jews who were the targets of a complete annihilation policy in the Nazi Holocaust were an estimated 5.5 million "enemies of the German State" who were murdered under equally inhumane circumstances -- criminals and asocials, the insane, homosexuals, Jehovah's Witnesses, political criminals such as communists and socialists, and Gypsies. Estimates of the number of Gypsies murdered run from a high of 500,000 to 600,000

Just tell them where you live and they can have your land.

Seriously, you bring up some good points. What is good for one group should be good for another. The problem is that giving land to Gypsies and Native Indians is out of our control. Should they have their own land? Probably. However, it is up to government to take on that task. The UN agreed that Israel could have that land. It wasn't put up for a vote so that the people of the world could decide if they should have the land or not. Fixed or not, what is done is done. There is not much that we as average citizens can do to give or take land from any group. I see your point. Maybe you should petition the UN about this.

I agree though. Despite my anti-Israeli posts, I do not wish for the annihilation of Israel. As with all squatters, compassion should be given to them.
Let them keep the land provided they give back the occupied territories. And they should rethink their strategies. Treating the Gaza people as equals is a better way of defeating Hamas and other extremists. Otherwise they'll keep receiving rocket attacks for decades to come.
