Thats a pretty sweeping statement and (no offense) is pretty ignorant to assume that everyone who feels that he is a natural born citizen is "just beliving whatever the MSM or some celebrity or some politician tells you.

Since Obama hase never produced any verification of where he was born, who are they believing then?

The supreme court has thrown out cases because there was no real evidence to suggest Obama cant serve. There is more evidence that he CAN serve apparently. Are you really trying to suggest that you know the law better than the Supreme court of the United States of America?

Thank for proving my point. The SCOTUS never said there was a lack of evidence, they simply refused to hear the appeal. The original case was thrown out for lack of standing and appealed to the SCOTUS.

Another thing, Just becuase some one has a different political belief than you, that does not make them ignorant. Any intelligent person would know that EVERYONE has different political beliefs. NO TWO PEOPLE FEEL EXACTLY THE SAME ABOUT EVERYTHING. There in lies the flaw in your statement.

If more people would realize this is a Constitutional matter rather than a political matter, the issue would probably be solved. Never once did I mention a political belief, a political affiliation, or anything political; I mentioned a Constitutional problem.

On that note, I do kind of wish that the supreme court would accept a case and show his eligibility just so they can silence the nay sayers, although there is no doubt that they would try to pull something else as soon as that avenue fails.

Why do we need the SCOTUS to hear the case? Why does tax dollars have to go towards this? Why has Obama spent (last I read) 500k defending these lawsuits? Why won't he just produce the document?

Ah, this is funny funny stuff. I thought this might end after the election but here we all are. So Obama was really born in Kenya and nobody can prove it. Hillary, McCain, Bush, anyone with the money, resources, and incentive to prove this did not even bother. But...a radio dj busts it wide open with a phone call. AHA! Proof, for a week or two until someone remembers that he was speaking of the father.

Back to the drawning board. Now an internet radio station is going to bust this all wide open. You have to wait until Friday because they are not even sure what these papers really claim.

Anyone want to bet me? I am certain these divorce papers will not show that our current president elect was born in Kenya. I know many of you do not like the guy but hey, McCain was not born in the U.S. so what is it we are all trying to achieve here aside from libel and chaos?

he has provided proof. Thats not the issue. The issue is that a small group of people refuse to accept his proof

You keep repeating yourself. For the first part, see above. HE HAS PROVIDED PROOF!!! I will gladly enlighten you on the fact that right there I was talking about your accusation that all people who support Obama only do so because the MSM say so , and I was talking about , right there, your indication that everyone who supports obama has the exact same political beliefs. The reason it would need to be heard is because he HAS provided the proof required but some people refuse to accept it. The SCOTUS would just put the accusation to rest. Thats why

I wonder if anyone here realizes that if they wanted they could go get a copy of Obamas certificate of live birth. In my country we have a wonderful place called Catherine house. Where we can purchase other people's birth certificates, and assume their identity.

For those complaining about McCain's Place of Birth, you need to study the Founding Fathers, and their Declaration of a Natural Born United States Citizen, and what construes such. The original intent behind their framing of what declares one to be a "Natural Born United States Citizen", was to not only ensure no outside influence/abuse/domination of American Leadership, it was to also ensure the rights of Children born to Diplomats, Military Personnel, and other Governmental Officials serving overseas, in their representation of the United States, in the application of their Official Duties.

THUS, being born to a Military Family automatically declares McCain to be a Natural Born United States Citizen. Also, he was born upon United States Territory, so if any doubt exists towards the aforementioned, none is left after review of the latter.

When applying the United States Constitution, you need to look towards the INTENT of our Founding Fathers in Writing it, as much as you do the Wording itself. To do otherwise is to perform a great injustice.
