This is definitely the first piece of evidence that has me seriously doubting Obama's birth. The previous stuff simply raised questions, but this would be really serious evidence that Obama is not a natural-born citizen.
It is quite reasonable to assume that somebody might have made a mistake in preparing the divorce document
Since Obama hase never produced any verification of where he was born, who are they believing then?
Believing he is eligible to serve with no proof is evidence of one not conducting the necessary investigation to see if he has proved his eligibility.
You keep repeating yourself. For the first part, see above. HE HAS PROVIDED PROOF!!! Second I have already explained why assuming that all people who disagree with you are ignorant and that all people who disagree with you came to their individual conclusions, the exact same way, is ignorantr and sweeping, but since you missed it the first time,NO TWO PEOPLE FELL THE EXACT SAME WAY ABOUT EVERYTHING. That is why it is ignorant and sweeping to suggest so.
What is ignorant and sweeping? Please explain to me how, by pointing out that Obama has not produced any evidence that he was born in the US is ignorant or sweeping OR that those who believe he is eligible did not conduct any research
Thank for proving my point. The SCOTUS never said there was a lack of evidence, they simply refused to hear the appeal. The original case was thrown out for lack of standing and appealed to the SCOTUS.
If more people would realize this is a Constitutional matter rather than a political matter, the issue would probably be solved. Never once did I mention a political belief, a political affiliation, or anything political; I mentioned a Constitutional problem.
So there is a third way one can view the eligibility issue? Enlighten me! Regardless of how they reached the conclusion they are wrong and they, not me, are ignorant.
Why do we need the SCOTUS to hear the case? Why does tax dollars have to go towards this? Why has Obama spent (last I read) 500k defending these lawsuits? Why won't he just produce the document?
Same to you.

You just don't get it, do you bubba? McCain WASN'T BORN IN THE US. HE WAS BORN IN PANAMA! That means, by your definition, he had no right to run either!
And I do want proof. I want it settled once and for all, but instead of a slinging a lot of crap, find someone with standing, take though the court system and get it settled.
You have absoulutely no concept of you are talking about!

When will this issue finally die?????
I mean, do you really think that the DNC would have backed Obama's bid for the presidency if his ability to serve was even slightly in jeopardy?
I know that the RNC was stupid enough to allow a simpleton like Palin to run for Vice President, but come on, if there was even a chance that this issue had any merit the DNC would have just ran Hilary.
Face it guys, Obama will be the next President of the United States, get over it.

Completely and totally meaningless.
A.) That isn't a Birth Certificate. It's a certificate of live birth.
B.) It's been determined to be fraudulent by more "independent sources" than verified it.
C.) It is not an original copy of anything. It's some scan void of important signatures where other areas are blotted out.
It's a useless, meaningless JPEG. When real human beings get to verify a signed and sealed physical copy of a BIRTH CERTIFICATE, this argument will be laid to rest.

Congress: "And the children of citizens of the United States, that may be born beyond sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born citizens."
